I have always received very quick responses to online forms and telephone calls. Never once have I had to wait for help. The doctors, nurses and receptionists have always been lovely and helpful.

After submitting an online consultation form. I was contacted within 2 hours by phone by Dr Hill. Following our discussion I was given a face to face appointment the next afternoon. In no way did I feel rushed and the consultation was very thorough. Cannot fault the treatment given.

I am finding it completely impossible to work out how to order prescriptions online. The links don’t work, the advice is confusing and where it says to go to order the prescriptions takes you to a blank end.
